Cancellation Policy

Please Read Guidelines Prior to Booking: What’s Included: Your booking includes materials, instruction from a boutique team member, and any additional concessions agreed upon at the time of booking. Upgrades may be available on the day of the event for a nominal fee. Ensure you book the correct number of seats for your group. Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your finished product will be mailed for an additional fee, or you may arrange to pick it up within two weeks during business hours. Age Requirements: Participants must be 16 or older to attend without supervision. Children may participate if accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times for safety reasons. Alcohol is available for private events only, and participants must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to verify age and decline alcohol service. Cancellation & Refund Policy: * Events are non-refundable for no-shows. * If you cannot attend, contact the store at least 24 hours before the event to receive store credit valid for 30 days. * ALL bookings are non-refundable. No-show bookings cannot be rescheduled. Parking: Complimentary parking is available after 5 PM Monday–Friday and all day on weekends. The nearest parking is behind Moyes Pharmacy (62 Keys Ferry St., McDonough, GA 30253), across from the Henry County Judicial Center. The store entrance is also directly across from the Judicial Center. Payment Policy: We are a cashless business. Payments are accepted via cards or mobile pay only. Booking link for private event will close 24 hours prior to the event. Reservation for private event cannot be accepted on-site the day of event.
